Although the video is addressed to massage therapists, (since they beat the heck out of their hands all day long) this video is led by our own Thomas J Dubois as he leads stretches and exercises that are applicable to anyone who uses their hands, has hand problems or just wants to maintain them better. In our modern world with keyboards and cell phones everyone overuses their hands.
