Join Dr Jim in the Gym – AM Group Workouts

I am looking for people that want to join me for a 6 am workout Tuesdays and Thursdays. Today was day one. I have found over the years is you can work out on your own, but it is much more fun and rewarding working out with a group.

Working out with one of our great trainers will make sure we are using good form and technique and push us a little harder than we would on our own. If you are interested please call the clinic and let them know you want to be part of this group. It doesn’t matter what your fitness level is. The main objective is to have fun and try to be the healthiest you can be, WE can be.
