This year above all others we are pleased to announce our annual Christmas Toy Drive. We will be donating toys collected in our 22nd annual toy drive to local restaurant staff. This industry has been hit hard by COVID-19 restrictions and many restaurant employees have been laid off. Your toy donations will help these needy families put presents under their Christmas trees this year.
We are accepting new toy donations from Saturday, December 5th through Saturday, December 12th.
Thank you for your generous donations and we’ll see you in the office.
Thank you to everyone who donated in our annual Thanksgiving food drive! Yesterday we were glad to deliver this haul of donations to the local non-profit SECOR Cares. SECOR provides food and personal hygiene products to needy residents of Arapahoe, Douglas, and Elbert counties. These donations will help local residents who have lost their job, have significant medical bills, or have suffered from another financial crisis. Your donations are helping someone who has been struggling in 2020.

On Tuesday Dr. Jim presented online to a company about desk/office work station ergonomics. Much of the workforce has moved to work from home and may not have a desk that they’re used to work at for more than a couple of hours before they were sent home.
If you are
feeling pain with your current work from home desk including stiff
necks, tight shoulders, back, or hip pain, it’s time to reevaluate your
workstation. Contact Dr Jim to discuss. He is also available to do a
virtual wellness talk to your company and discuss the fine points of
ergonomics so everyone can set up their desk to be comfortable and
The three most important components of any health care program are education, support, and accountability. The quality of your health is completely dependent on the everyday choices you make. With this in mind, the Kambeitz Chiropractic team offers a FREE educational lecture series that will greatly benefit your company, organization or group that you belong to.
We can also do virtual wellness talks for your company if your company is working from home / socially distanced during the Coronavirus pandemic.

Dr Weston and Ryan will be helping them, teaching some dynamic dryland exercises to the youth swimmers to prevent injuries while practicing.
Dr. Weston Gustafson, D.C, will be working with athletes through Myofascial Therapy. This form of soft tissue muscle therapy benefits athletes through optimizing muscle recovery and athletic performance. This technique is also used to treat sports injuries, muscular imbalances, faulty movement patterns, and pelvic misalignment. Myofascial Therapy consists of muscle stretching under soft-pressure to re-establish optimal muscle length and function. Athletes will remain fully clothed during the Myofascial Therapy treatment.
Ryan Kerner, Exercise Specialist, will be working with athletes on Dynamic Exercise. Dynamic Exercise is an excellent form of movement that prepares the body to withstand the muscular demands of sports and activity, including swimming. This form of exercise consists of total body movements that work to strengthen and stabilize the muscles at their optimal and active ranges of motion. Athletes will only need a pair of sneakers to safely perform these movements.
Whether you’re young or old, competing or doing sport for recreation, we’d be glad to help you with the same type of exercises, specific to your sport, to help you improve and reduce injury!
